Can I upgrade from Smart to Pro anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. You will only pay the price difference.
How much does the setup cost?
On the monthly plan, Pro setup is a one-time €500 fee that includes the full configuration of your site. With pay-per-use there is no setup fee.
Does it work with my barrier/gate?
CamperGate integrates with NICE, CAME, BFT, FAAC and most barriers on the market. If yours is not compatible, we provide our own device.
Are there hidden costs or transaction fees?
No. You only pay the plan fee or the occupied pitches, depending on the mode you choose. We take no commission on transactions or on your customers’ payments.
Can I use my existing payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)?
Yes, you can integrate your existing payment provider. After subscribing, one of our technicians will contact you within a few hours to complete your site setup together.
How does technical support work?
Inside the software there's a support chat available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can contact us anytime for technical assistance or questions about managing your site.
How does pay-per-use billing work?
You pay €2.50 for every occupied pitch, for every day it is occupied. If 15 pitches stay occupied for 2 days that is 30 occupied pitches over the month, so €75. No setup fee, no fixed fee and every feature included.
Annual plan or pay per use: which is better?
Both modes include exactly the same features — only the way you pay changes. The annual plan suits sites open all year, pay-per-use suits strongly seasonal sites that want to pay only when they earn.
Is the fee annual or monthly?
The plan is annual. You can pay it in one go, or choose to pay it month by month, with nothing paid 12 months upfront. Pay-per-use has no plan fee at all — you only pay for occupied pitches.
